If you do not receive the item after 15 days, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page.

All items are securely packaged, and posted via the cheapest way to ensure we pass on as many savings to you, Deliveries can take5 -10 working days depending on which warehouse it is sourced from, and how reliable the delivery company is.

If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we will charge an additional supplement.

Stock.

The majority of stock is supplied direct to you from the manufacturer/supplier.

In the event of us discovering the product is not in stock after you have ordered we will immediately inform you with various options on getting the goods to you as quickly as possible, as well as the option for a full refund.

Please note that you pay for the item at point of sale. If you require a refund after this point it is usually issued within 24hrs. Paypal payments are instant. If you pay via NOCHEX and a refund is issued, your own bank will hold the money for 3 days days before crediting your account. We do not physically receive any money via Nochex for 6 days.

Any goods delivered not signed for is the sole responsibility of Royal Mail, please contact them with any issues.


Damaged Items.

If an item is damaged on delivery you must make this clear on the signature paper you must sign. Quote something along the line of "damaged on arrival".

In the event an item is delivered with no external damage, but upon opening you have a damaged product, please contact use immediately. Contact Us.

Damaged items can be replaced or a refund issued. If we request the item to be returned, we will refund all postage costs.


Wrong Product.

Please notify us immediately Contact Us if you have been sent the wrong product. This is not intentional, but human error does occur.


Refunds & Returns

• Items must be unused (due to hygiene as well as Health & Safety).

• Items must be in their original condition & packaging, unopened.

• Items must only be returned after you have confirmed a return with us directly.

Goods must be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you received the goods. Contact Us. DO NOT just send goods back without us knowing, as you are liable for the product until we authorise a return.

All refunds are at the discretion of Win2Win Limited.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions have not been met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
